This Privacy Policy explains how Red Hawk Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the On—Off mobile game and this support website.
Information stored on your device
On—Off stores game progress, settings, sound preferences, and purchase entitlement locally on your device. Red Hawk Studios does not require an account and does not receive this locally stored gameplay information. You can remove it by deleting the app.
Advertising and diagnostics
The free version uses Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process device and advertising identifiers, IP-address-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and app or device diagnostics to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, maintain security, and personalize ads only when permitted. Where required, the app presents Google’s consent message. See the Google Privacy Policy and partner technologies page.
In-app purchases
Apple processes in-app purchases. On—Off receives transaction status and stores whether the full game is unlocked. Red Hawk Studios does not receive payment-card details. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
Support communications
If you contact support@redhawk-studios.com, we receive information you choose to provide, such as your email, device details, and issue description. We use it to respond, resolve your request, and maintain On—Off’s safety and reliability.
Sharing, sale, and retention
Red Hawk Studios does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Google for advertising, Apple for purchases, and providers that deliver email or website infrastructure. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, rights, or security. Support emails are retained only as reasonably necessary, then deleted or anonymized.
Children’s privacy
On—Off is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information through support, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. Third-party providers may process information in other countries, subject to applicable safeguards and their privacy policies.
Your choices and requests
Manage available advertising consent choices in the app and remove locally stored game data by deleting the app. To request access to or deletion of support information, email support@redhawk-studios.com with “On-Off Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to verify your request.
